Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed with the hotel after receiving confirmation from the client.

Initial Payment

At the time of confirmation, 70% payment is required.

Balance Payment

The remaining 30% balance payment will be collected by the tour coordinator on the day of arrival.

Final Vouchers

• Final vouchers will be issued once the booking is confirmed.
• Final trip details will be provided.
• Hotel confirmation will be provided.

30 Days or More Before Arrival

A 30% processing fee of the total package cost will be charged.

The remaining amount will be refunded.

Between 30 and 15 Days Before Arrival

Excluding the 15th day, 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.

Within 15 Days of Arrival / No-Show

No refund will be provided.

Additional Accommodation

Any additional night(s) caused by such disruptions will be on direct payment basis by the guest.

Liability

The source states that liability will be restricted to the face value of ferry tickets, helicopter tickets and flight tickets when booked by the company.

Itinerary Changes

The company's executive may change the itinerary depending on:

Such changes may be communicated to guests on a day-to-day basis.

Private Ferry Availability

In case of political unrest, non-availability of seats on private ferry, bad weather or sudden vessel breakdown, guests may be shifted / endorsed to an alternative government ferry.

No refund will be entertained during such a situation.

Inland and inter-island ferry schedules may change without prior notice because of:

Early Check-in / Late Check-out

Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the time of confirmation.

Confirmation is subject to availability.

Guaranteed Early / Late Check-out

Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out costs 1 night's room charges.

Extra Mattress

The majority of hotels / resorts in:

• Havelock
• Neil Island

have an extra mattress for an extra person or child.

Late Afternoon Flights

Guests with late-afternoon flights may book additional tours accordingly.
